What we took away from this project.
What went wrong
The AI assistant initially tried to do too much. It would attempt complex multi-step workflows and fail. Limiting it to queries and simple actions first built trust.
What went right
The cost savings were the easiest sell. Showing someone a $2,000/month bill and offering to replace it with one tool gets attention immediately.
What we learned
Integration is the killer feature, not any individual module. A mediocre task manager connected to your invoicing and time tracking beats a great standalone task manager every time.
